Paterson School Board Election Candidacy
The deadline for filing nominating petitions with the Passaic County Clerk’s Office to have your name placed on the ballot for the Paterson Board of Education is 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 29, 2024.
The school board election will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, to fill three (3) three-year seats on the Board of Education.
Prospective school board candidates can obtain a “Nominating Petition” online at https://www.passaiccountynj.org/home/showpublisheddocument/2604/637673820312030000 or in the Office of the Passaic County Clerk, Election Division, 401 Grand Street, Room 130, Paterson, New Jersey, from Monday – Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Special Meeting Notice - Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.
A special meeting of the Paterson Public School District Board of Education has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Administrative Offices, 90 Delaware Avenue, Paterson, New Jersey.
To the extent known, the agenda will include award of contracts, payment of bills and claims, personnel, and a motion to go into executive session to conduct Donaldson Hearings.
